From pay sites such as Hulu Plus and Netflix, annual payment streaming services such as Amazon Prime, and the irresistable free websites that show catch-up streaming such as the BBC iPlayer, ABC, NBC and Hulu. Add the hundreds of not so well known websites and services and that is a lot to get your head around.

So how to decide which streaming site is for you and worth your time? Simple, read a review. And that leads nicely to the new section on WorldTVPC, imaginatively titled reviews. This area of the website is a work in progress, so will be growing week on week as we add more reviews.
These are in-depth reviews and give our rating along with cost details, streaming quality and answer all those questions you want to ask before diving in.
Already reviewed are a number of services such as the Spotify music service, Netflix instant streaming and the BBC iPlayer catch-up TV service. Reader comments and reviews are also included and the section will grow to be a comprehensive review of not just streaming sites, but also mobile apps, tv shows, and internet streaming hardware reviews.
